Yes. 

Firstly, next time please report bugs to bugzilla, that's why we have
it. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=548989

Secondly, this is not a PA problem. The RT folks broke PI mutexes
again, this is a kernel/glibc problem.
