libssh2 - nonresponsive package maintainer

Hello,

does anybody know how to contact Chris Weyl?

He is the current maintainer of libssh2 Fedora package, which still breaks 
(lib)curl in Fedora. However the fix is already available and the same issue 
has been successfully resolved in RHEL-6:

I am going to take over the package according to
