RFC: Disabling blinking cursor by default

No, it's drawing attention to:

1-point of focus
2-state ready to accept keyboard input, as opposed to lit up, but otherwise
useless

The blink for the reasons above is a tradition that dates back at least 45
years, probably a lot longer.
