getting kernel bug fix into a fedora kernel

Obviously, in hindsight. I saw the mail when it got closed but figured
that was part of the process and it would show up in F10 shortly. I've
been running a kernel I patched so I didn't notice that F10 was still
broken until someone asked me about it yesterday.
