If neither wcstools or libwcs are willing to change their name, then we
need to talk to other distributions about coming up with a common
renaming at the distro level.  Otherwise we'll have wcs => libwcstools
in Fedora; libwcs => libwcs2 in Gentoo; libwcs Conflicts with wcstools
in Debian; etc.  That's a no-win situation for everyone involved.
