Plan for tomorrow's (20090205) Special FESCo meeting

FESCo will have a special meeting tomorrow at 17:00
UTC (12:00 EST) in #fedora-meeting, to catch-up on some of the topics we
were unable to get to at last week's meeting.  Please find below the
