Heads up: More Noarch Subpackages

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1127341
says that the buildArch task is noarch.  you currently can not enable noarch 
subpackages in cvs.  koji does not support them.  support will be getting 
turned on next weekend when we have the announced outage.
