Someone made koji builds for f9 and f10 as well, so it is available.

In theory it applies there too, but in practice not too many install images
are going to be being made in the future for f9 and f10 that include nethack,
so it isn't as much of an issue.

It was causing an error for the games spin in rawhide as nethack was getting
installed to the image before core-utils. So rawhide is where I really
wanted the fix.
