add a special Provides: to all login manager packages

Obviously...

I filed three bugs against gdm, none of them got fixed, in fact they are
all in state NEW or were closed by the bugzappers. IIRC none of them
even got a single comment from the maintainer. That's what I call a
supported login manager. ;)
