Firefox is using sqlite for user data (bookmarks, history), as opposed
to preferences (which are the discussion topic).  Preferences are just
a plain ~/.mozilla/*.default/prefs.js file with the apparently
expected worse-is-better last-one-wins behavior on NFS.

I don't think it's reasonable to take the last-one-wins behavior by
default for user data.
