Status of gconf -> dconf

gconf-editor is way underpowered. I mean, regedit is more powerful.
You can't even delete a "folder" in gconf-editor.

The only redeeming grace about gconfd is that you can edit as much as
you want and then SIGHUP it. That is brilliant.
