What is Large package support?  koji has a limit of 2gb per rpm/srpm  anything 
bigger will cause build failures.

perhaps we need to have regular (i.e. start of development cycle) meeting with 
koji and rpm devs.  that way koji support for new rpm features can be planned 
out and tested well in advance.
