I'm trying to push a (simultaneous) update to (to testing of) three packages:
CCfits-2.1-2.fc10
kst-1.7.0-4.fc10
cfitsio-3.130-2.fc10
However, it fails, claiming that "mtruch does not have commit access to
CCfits".  However, according to the PackageDB, I do, albeit they were
conferred to me about 8 hours ago.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is
there a (longer than a few hours) delay before I can submit updates once
I get commit access?
