*shrug*  I'm not claiming that there isn't a bug, I just didn't
investigate much.  It seemed to work just like calling a
system-config-foo app from a graphical terminal, it'll launch the gui
version.  It didn't exactly strike me as odd that the ssh passphrase
came up as a gui.  I just like that it works automatically, I don't have
to manually call ssh-add.
