RFE: reopening auto-closed bugs

There was recently an automated sweep through Bugzilla to close F8 bugs since F8 has reached EOL. Some (most?) bugs were closed appropriately, but I was CC'ed on at least 3 that still seem to be present in F10.

Since I did not file those bugs, and since I don't have any special Bugzilla privs, I cannot reopen them. I made comments in the bugs that they still seem valid, but neither the original reporters nor the assignees reopened them.

Here's a request: for those bugs that are closed by an automated end-of-life sweep, let them be re-openable by anyone with a Bugzilla account.
