I don't understand the difference between dropping the user to a
console, and just starting gnome-terminal + metacity when they login as
root on the console.
Or even xterm + twm.
They get the same power to destroy.
disabling root login just seems like the wrong answer, a hack to
workaround the fact that we can't fully enable selinux.
