Shouldn't be necessary and it would also not be that easy since it has
to be done differently for older gccs.  gcc 4.4 is hopefully landing in
rawhide within two weeks or so.

If somebody is interested in changing their own installed headers, take
this patch

In addition the installed <cstring> and <wchar> have to be changed.  The
declarations in those files have to be removed.
