Why is X and IPv6 required for autoreconf?

you need to run "libtoolize" in e.g. %prep because of the bigger libtool
bump vom 1.5 to 2.x some time ago. That will solve your issue completely.
Ask yourself, why you've written/done insane libtool stuff in the past ;)
