Has koji gone tits up?

Looking at the last mono build build.log (
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1044571&name=build.log)
shows:

configure: error: msgfmt not found. You need to install the 'gettext'
package, or pass --enable-nls=no to configure.

Probably missing a BuildRequire?
