Discussing and coming up with a solid process *is* part of getting
actual work done. Skipping on this in the name of "actual work" is what
has caused confusion over the past few releases. However, there is no
blocker to getting Fedora 11 spins out continuing whatever we had in the
past as the way to get that done while we continue to improve on doing
this better for the next release. If it just can't be done let's do
remixes on our own instead for a release or two till we manage to find
time and interest to do this correctly. Rushing out a vote in a with
only a skeleton process is no way to do this.
