Trying to debug nfs install issue, increase verbosity of nfs server?

Actually, isn't the host-lookup controlled by /etc/nsswitch.conf?
So the test hosts could be added to the server's /etc/hosts file
(assuming "files" is asserted in nsswitch.conf).  No need to get
DNS involved.
