sendmail milter shared library

Hi,

sendmail now has -milter subpackage which includes libmilter as a
shared library. The static libraries were dropped, if you need them,
let me know and I'll add a -static subpackage.

Here is a list of packages buildrequiring sendmail-devel, if there is
your package, please consider rebuild.

mimedefang
clamav
milter-regex
dkim-milter
milter-greylist
