Root Logins in X...

I don't see anything about encouraging them to do stupid things either,
so maybe we should just set all file permissions to 0777 so people don't
have to worry about those pesky permissions issues.  I'm just kidding,
but I'm not sure how promoting good behavior is a bad thing...if you
really know what you're doing, you can customize the root environment
however you want (no matter what the OS is shipped with) and if you
don't, then perhaps you shouldn't login as root all the time...
