kde-4.2.0 coming soon, rawhide and F-9/F-10

Just to followup with a progress report...

rawhide done.

F-10 packages done, in buildroot, close to queue'ing a first batch of
updates, a few periphery plasma-related updates need work.

F-9 packages are about 1/2 done, hopefully sorted out by the end of the day.
