Trouble with koji

The build of ghc-editline creates 3 subpackages

ghc-editline-devel
ghc-editline-doc
ghc-editline-prof

but no ghc-editline base package.

So there is no package providing ghc-editline.  I don't know enough
about Haskell packaging to know whether this is expected or not.
