For an RPM-driven upgrade, that wouldn't be needed as it's "in place".
The rest of my reply, well, was exactly what dsd posted a few seconds
ago -- there's a bit of work to do to complete the
"backup->upgrade->restore" cycle perfectly, and it doesn't help
XS-less environments.
