[Rawhide] Rpmbuild not stripping debuginfo and building for i386

I recall at least one bugzilla entry in which was discussed the idea
of forcibly installing that package, or at least making it somewhat
difficult to choose a configuration that didn't have it.  If it's
not there, way too many things go wrong in way too many obscure ways.
