Please fix your bugs in release instead of rawhide!

I have to admit that bodhi's behavior is confusing, but it only applies
to packages that are getting pushed for F{9,10}. I was talking about
maintainers who are not pushing updates for a stable release and tell
people to get the packages from rawhide.
