WANTED: Clever solution for Transifex storage

For the mirrormanager package, the package creates and owns
/var/lib/mirrormanager as root:root.  Then in deployment, puppet
chown's /var/lib/mirrormanager to be the same user as the service runs
under.  Not exactly pretty, but has worked for me.
