Looks like the rereview was already successful. Sorry for the
misunderstanding, but your original message (where you claimed that "the
package doesn't need to be reviewed again") really didn't sound like it.

So yes, requesting unblocking from rel-eng is the procedure. It looks like
this got unblocked from dist-f10 already, but not dist-f9 or dist-f11 yet.
