F11: xorg decision to disable Ctrl-Alt-Backspace

I like that analogy.  Or maybe a better one is to those fire
extinguishers you see behind little glass doors in every public
building --- you know, "In case of emergency, break glass".

X.org has decided that it would be a safety feature to install
shatterproof glass in those boxes.
