Have you tried Qt 4.5 yet? QGraphicsView got RTL support in 4.5, so Plasma
should be better with it. We have Qt 4.5 packages in kde-redhat unstable.

They mirrored the layout of the pictures and not the pictures themselves.
Ugh... I wonder if the Qt 4.5 QGraphicsView fixes that too.
