Firefox 3.1 to be renamed 3.5

What about the 4th beta and push back of the final release? If its not
out by the F11 release date I presume we stick with what ever the
current pre release version is as opposed to rolling it back? Not that
I'm opposed to that as I've been using the 3.1 beta on F10 for ages.
