What push back?  What about the fourth beta?  A fourth beta has been on 
the table for a while now, the version renumbering had nothing to do 
with it.  People are reading too much into this.  Seriously, it's just 
one number that's changing.  It makes people 0.4 more excited.  That's 
pretty much it...
