Abandon "Default Desktop"

But the desktop environments also come with a lot of applications, not just
the desktop itself. The choice of desktop should also imply a choice for
the default applications. If you choose KDE, you should by default get KDE
apps for "browser, office suite, e-mail client, etc.", if you choose GNOME,
GNOME apps. This is mostly already the case with the live images right now
(except that you get Firefox as your browser if you choose GNOME, whereas
the official default browser of GNOME is Epiphany).
