Hum so for all the 1100+ packages that come with the default ( dvd )
install
hum mentioning the dvd is not really far so I shall just mention the 182
updates waiting!

You want a notification that nags you all day long..

Something like

"You just installed 182 updates and have yet not provided feed back for
any of them!"

End user provides 1 feed back for one component )

Receives a colorful rainbow "Thank you"

5 minutes later..

"You just installed 182 updates and have provided a feed back for 1 of
them!
This is your friendly reminder that you still have not yet providing
feedback for 181 components "

End user spents the whole day providing feed back, all the time thinking
I must make this notification STOP
Obey the notification, obey the notification is all that he can think of..

Through bloods sweat and tears he manages to go through all the
updates/components and provide feed back
finally the notification stop and he goes to sleep with a piece of mind..

The following morning...

"You got 344 updates pending!"

I say good for you :)

Hey while were at it why don't we let the notification come from a
paper clip or a puppy or a white pony on a rainbow..

For me no thanks! :)
