at present anaconda is in a state of having opted-out from the typical
triage process, so we generally leave them out of things like this and
let them handle their own bugs. in practice this change was actually
partly designed to bring the bugzappers practice and anaconda practice
closer together, and in future this may well change, but for now we're
leaving it out just to be consistent with the current official status of
anaconda wrt bugzappers.
