Package name conflict: eina, the media player or optimized data types and useful tools for e-17.

Hi,

I've tried to build e-17 by hand.
When I try to build from eina from e-17, 
however, I found that the package name, eina, is already been taken by  eina, the media player. 

How should I do with them?
