heads-up: Oracle db-4.8.24 in rawhide

Please *do* rebuild as soon as possible because if something links
against your library which is linked to the old db4 and then also links
to something is linked to the new db4 then its link-order pot-luck which
db4 gets pulled in first and the symbols of the second db4 will be
overridden by the first one, so stuff will simply break. i.e. OOo (until
today) ends up linked to both db4's due to dependencies to will break on
loading a doc from the command line, but not if opened from the menus.
