cmake 2.8.0 in F-13

I've just built cmake 2.8.0 RC 2 for F-13.  Please report any trouble to 
the cmake mailing list or the kitware cmake bug tracker.

One nice new feature is the parallel capability of ctest.  You can put:

ctest -V %{?_smp_mflags}

in the %check section of your specfiles and the tests will run in 
parallel on multi-core machines.  Perhaps this could be added to 
<https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Cmake> ?
