Who do I send to get a package removed because of bad language.

Maybe just a confirmation (i.e: 
"The following packages are also listed in other groups:
superpackage     -- awesomegroup, importantgroup
uselesspackage   -- evilgroup
Are you sure you want to remove them? (Y/N)"

?
