Orphan Package: system-config-cluster

Hi,

[from last week's announcement]

Here then, for the second time of asking, is a request to see if anybody
will take on the upstream maintenance of system-config-cluster.

If I receive no interest by this time next week, then I'll start the
package retirement process,
