[Fedora-developer-sig] Proposal: renaming VoIP SIG to something more general

Hello All!
It's well known that the VoIP is a rather outdated abreviation. Modern
"VoIP" software also capable for purposes of IM and collaboration
work.

So I suggest to rename it into something like "Communications" to
avoid crating SIG's like "InstantMessaging", "Jabber", "Video on IP"
and so on.

It's just my idea though :)
