[Fedora-directory-announce] Windows Console package for Fedora DS 1.1 is now available

The Windows Console is packaged in the usual Windows Installer MSI 
format. This will allow you to manage your Fedora Directory Server 
installation from your Windows Desktop.

NOTE: This might work with Fedora DS 1.0.x but it has not been tested.
