It's trying to use the libnss3.so it just built, and it cannot.  I 
suspect this is due to the fact that nspr/nss have not been ported to 
s390x.  Do you know if firefox/mozilla runs on os390?  If so, then 
nspr/nss should build since mozilla/firefox depends on them.
