Hi,
  You can find NSS releases here:

ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/


  But it seems that the 3.7.4 version is win32 binaries only. You could 
probably just try the newest one and if that doesn't work, then try 3.7.8.
