Fix Description: I added a new migration script called migrateTo11.  
This will, by default, copy all instance configuration from the old 
/opt/fedora-ds location to the new FHS locations.  The migratecred 
command line tool needed to be upgraded to deal with FHS style paths.  
The first link below are the diffs to existing code.  The second is the 
new proposed .in file.  The third is what the script will look like 
installed in the file system.
Platforms tested: RHEL4, FC6
