I'd start by getting the components built first. By that I mean NSPR, 
NSS, the LDAPSDK, cyrus, etc.

Once those binary components are available it shouldn't take a whole lot 
of effort to reverse engineer ldapserver/components.mk so the DS build 
can find them.
