[Fedora-directory-users] Build error

Hi!

I have downloaded dsbuild-fds101-1.tar.gz, but I'm unable to build
Netscape SDK. It always fails with the same error, which seems to be
the build process is unable to find file "nspr.h".

I have attached a dump of the build process.
Any ideas?
