You first have to find out what the subschemasubentry suffix is:
ldapsearch -x -s base -b "" subschemasubentry
dn:
subschemasubentry: cn=schema
Then, you can query cn=schema:
ldapsearch -x -s base -b "cn=schema" attributeTypes objectClasses
